It feels like only yesterday we were happily discussing who was being added to BlazBlue: Cross Tag Battle as the fifth block (You can check out that over here) Now we know it’s Arcana Heart and there will be a … Continue reading Who is the 6th block in BlazBlue Cross Tag Battle?
Arc System Works have been tight-lipped about which franchise will be joining in the fray and as we wait with bated breath to find out who will be mixing it up with RWBY, BlazBlue, Persona 4 Arena and Under Night In-Birth … Continue reading Who is the 5th block in BlazBlue Cross Tag Battle?
Soul Calibur has always been an odd fighting game series to me. It always reminded me of Last Bronx on the Saturn, a 3D fighter where the weapons don’t work as you expect. I’ve played almost every story mode of … Continue reading Soul Calibur 6 – PS4 – Exp Ops
Who doesn’t love a good film? I was chatting about classic films that everyone should have seen at least once and we got to talking about Anime films and it was quite shocking how many they hadn’t seen. With that … Continue reading Anime films that are a must-see
Now that the Switch is in full force and chock full of games it’s time to bring back those plucky little figures in full force. Plenty of great characters have already been skipped over and need the recognition they deserve! … Continue reading Characters that deserve Amiibos

These are classic style reviews where the code has been provided before launch (in this case the game is launching Friday 22nd June – TODAY when this is posted!) so read on and see if its worth your money and time! Don’t be worried about collusion I don’t work for any publisher or developer unless the public sector decides they are drastically shifting their plans in future… On paper this games concept still baffles me. So you’ve finished playing the beta (click here for my take on it)and want more but you’re not sure what to do with yourself. We’ve all been there (I know I have previously) but it’s ok I’m here to help! There’s plenty of options so lets rock! Play BlazBlue: Central Fiction on PS4 Playing the previous BlazBlue is a fairly obvious start but it’s often overlooked which is a shame as the game is enormous. If your on a budget and want a blisteringly fast paced 2D anime fighter that will last for single player modes and options, you can’t go wrong … Continue reading What to do if your craving BlazBlue: Cross Tag Battle
Here we are at last. What is set to be the last BlazBlue in a long series of confusingly named titles with fantastic 2D anime fighting prowess. I still remember nearly breaking my thumbs playing the original on the Xbox360. Calamity Trigger was not to be taken lightly. Then followed the 3 other titles with additional releases for extras, artwork and DLC. It started to become common to have a release followed a year later by an ‘extend’ edition which also ended up heavily discounted when the next title came along. I’ve played them all but lost track of the story … Continue reading BlazBlue: Cross Tag Battle – Exp Ops
The Attack on Titan anime is amazing, I think we can all agree that’s the case. It continued to win awards years after the first season released and the second season (although technically more like the 4th) has proven that the series has legs to carry its shambling disfigured strange manga through into the limelight enough to make 2 live action movies and even an anime film covering the events of the season. There have been a few licensed AOT games and they very in quality from the absolute trash 3Ds Attack on Titan: Humanity in Chains to the phenomenal … Continue reading Games that would be improved by adding Attack on Titan
